HC issues notices to accused in Akanksha Dubey death case, seeks SHO reply by next hearing

Prayagraj, May 8 (UNI): The Allahabad High Court on Friday issued notices to two accused on a petition seeking a CBI inquiry into the suspicious death of Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey.
The High Court issued notices to both accused, Sanjay Singh and Samar Singh, and ordered a rehearing of the case.
A division bench of Justice Siddhartha and Justice Vinay Kumar Dwivedi delivered the judgment.
