India U18 Men end series with a 3-3 draw against Australia

Bhopal, May 21 (UNI) The India U18 Men’s Hockey Team ended their four-match series against Australia with a 3-3 draw at the Udhav Das Mehta (Bhai Ji) Central SAI Centre here in Madhya Pradesh.
The U18 men finished the series with one win, two draws, and one loss.
India started the match strongly and scored two early goals, courtesy of Karan Gautam (10'), who converted a penalty corner in the 10th minute, followed by a field goal from Ben Siddharth (14').

Interim skipper Joe Root leads England for second New Zealand Test

London, June 10 (UNI) England have named a 15-player squad for the second Test against New Zealand at The Oval, with Joe Root set to captain the side in the absence of Ben Stokes.
Gus Atkinson has also been left out, while Jofra Archer and Jordan Cox return to the squad.
Stokes and Atkinson were omitted from the squad amidst an investigation involving the pair
which is ongoing. Root will lead the side ahead of official vice-captain Harry Brook.
