Teaser of Anurag Kashyap's 'Bandar' unleashed

Mumbai, May 7 (UNI) The teaser of Anurag Kashyap’s upcoming film "Bandar", headlined by Bobby Deol, was released on Thursday, giving audiences a first look at the film’s eccentric and unpredictable world.
The film has been produced by Nikhil Dwivedi's Saffron Magicworks and backed by Zee Studios.
The teaser boasts of a formidable ensemble cast including Sanya Malhotra, Raj B. Shetty, Sapna Pabbi, Saba Azad, Riddhi Sen, Jitendra Joshi, Indrajit and Nagesh Bhosale.
While the film marks the first collaboration between Deol and director Kashyap, the actor has played a completely different, unconventional role. Seeing them in a 70s disco avatar, grooving to a reimagined version of "Come On Baby Dil Kisiko Degi," is a true cinema moment. Following the cultural aftershock of "Animal", Deol’s willingness to embrace such an eccentric and tonally disruptive role has further amplified curiosity surrounding the project.
The teaser of "Bandar" brings a completely different vibe from today's cinema. With writing by Sudip Sharma and Abhishek Banerjee, the film promises to be a crazy ride, with a stellar cast adding to the madness.
The film will release in theatres worldwide on June 5. UNI NST SSP
