Poll pitch: BJP promises Rs 21,000 for pregnant women, Rs 50,000 for girls’ education in Bengal, says Delhi CM

New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI): In poll-bound West Bengal, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday held roadshows backing BJP candidate from Asansol, Agnimitra Paul, highlighting the party’s promises to safeguard women’s rights.
“As soon as the BJP forms a government, a new era of respect and security will begin for mothers, sisters, and daughters,” said Gupta, listing the party’s promises for women.
Announcing the saffron party’s promises for women, Gupta said, “Pregnant women will receive an aid of Rs 21000. Daughter’s education will receive support of Rs 50000.”
