Teenager hacked to death in Himachal's Mandi district, police nab suspect

Shimla, April 13 (UNI) A 19-year-old girl was killed in a shocking broad daylight attack in Himachal Pradesh’s Mandi district on Monday, prompting swift police action and concern among residents.
According to police, the victim, a college student, was heading towards her college in the Gopalpur area of Sarkaghat subdivision when she was allegedly attacked by an assailant with a sharp-edged weapon on the roadside.
She sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot, police said.
