AP: TDP objects filing PIL by YSRCP MP challenging establishment of Google AI

Visakhapatnam, Mar 16 (UNI) Telugu Desam Party’s State President and MLA Palla Srinivasa Rao on Monday objected to what he termed "the systematic attempt" by the Opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) leaders to obstruct development projects in the State.
His remarks came in response to a Public Interest Litigation filed in the AP High Court by YSRCP Tirupati MP M Gurumoorthy, challenging the proposed establishment of a Google Artificial Intelligence Hub and Data Centre in Visakhapatnam. Srinivasa Rao alleged that the litigation reflected a broader political strategy aimed at derailing investment initiatives that could generate thousands of jobs in the State.
Srinivasa Rao asserted that during the five-year tenure of the YSRCP government 913 companies left AP undermining investor confidence and stalling industrial growth.
