I always believe in natural methods to stay fit: Akshay Kumar

New Delhi, March 16 (UNI) Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has reiterated his belief that maintaining fitness through natural means remains the most effective and sustainable approach.
Akshay recently shared during the India Today Conclave, explaining that the pressure to achieve a perfect body in a short time often leads people to resort to wrong methods. He said, "What you see on screen is a lot of it. I'm not just talking about VFX. Sometimes people even put the wrong things on their bodies.
He stressed that he doesn't believe in shortcuts and always favors natural methods to stay fit. He said, "The natural way is our Indian way to get a six-pack. Work out properly, eat good food, consume ghee, live a good life and be happy. This can also help you get a six-pack."
He also expressed concern about the trend of rapid body transformations. He has witnessed people achieve six-packs in four or five months, but he empahsised that's not the right way to do it.
Akshay Kumar has long been considered a fitness role model in Bollywood. Many young actors strive to look as fit as he is, but Akshay says true fitness comes from balance and a healthy lifestyle, not from any wrong or extreme lifestyle. UNI NST SSP
